The HA Cloud Connector has been especially designed and built to provide high availability for EdgeADC instances in Microsoft Azure and Amazon EC2.

  • Simple and easy to install, and configure, the HA Cloud Connector talks directly to the Cloud APIs allowing for high availability actions to be performed.

The HA Cloud Connector is a Edgenexus App and is pre-installed within the Cloud versions of the EdgeADC. The HA Cloud Connector uses REST API to monitor the Virtual Services and liaise with Cloud networking systems to switch the Elastic or Flexible IP when needed.

Pre-Requisites

  • Dual Edgenexus ADCs in the supported vendor Cloud
  • Administrative access to your Cloud environment for configuration
  • All Edgenexus ADCs in Azure and AWS EC2 are ready equippped with HA Cloud Connector
